Incident Reporting

All incidents that occur and/or are reported are to be carefully examined and dedicated a Severity level by Bang Albino.

A critical incident with a very high impact (i.e., public facing site is down, confidentiality is breached, data loss).

  • Client notified by Bang Albino within 2 hours by email (if between 9am – 5pm EST) or within the first hour of the next workday (if after hours).
  • Staff will be actively working on any issue deemed a Severity 1 within 2 hours until the issue is resolved, no matter the time of day.
  • Bang Albino to provide status updates every 4 hours between 9am – 5pm EST. Monday to Friday (not including holidays).

A major incident with significant impact (i.e., a customer service is down, core functionality impacted).

  • Client notified by Bang Albino within two business days of incident.
  • Staff will be actively working on resolving the issue within two days of the incident during 9am – 5pm EST.

A minor incident with low impact (i.e., minor customer inconvenience with possible workaround, bugs, glitches, performance issues).

  • If Bang Albino notices any issues, they will notify the client of the issue and schedule a time for the issue to be resolved.
  • If Bang Albino is notified by the client, Bang Albino will confirm the issue and asses the level of severity.
    • Once confirmed, Bang Albino will schedule time for the issue to be resolved.
  • Once the issue is resolved the client will be notified for confirmation.

A minor incident with low impact (i.e., a support request that's irritating a customer but does not impact the overall system, content or layout issues, minor issues including broken links and incorrect spacing).

  • Once Bang Albino is made aware of the issue(s):
    • Bang Albino will confirm and schedule time for the issue(s) to be resolved.
    • Once the issue is resolved the client will be notified.
